The Town of Oregon Recycling Center (TORC) is a complete recycling and waste disposal center for all Town of Oregon residents.  The site is a full-service site for disposing of trash or recycling a variety of items.  To use the TORC, all you need to do is purchase a nontransferable admittance sticker from the Oregon Town Hall, 1138 Union Road.  The ticket costs only a dollar and it must be permanently affixed to your lower left windshield.

You will also need a punch card for trash disposal.  A 20-punch card is available for $30 and may be purchased either at the Town Hall or at the TORC.  This works out to $1.50 per 30-gallon bag brought to the site.

There is no charge for bringing in recyclables that are placed in the bins or the burn pile, but we do have a minimal charges for special items.  These items cost the Town money to recycle and we are merely passing this cost on to the residents.  See the fees chart below.  Fees subject to change.
