Chairperson Darryl Weber called the Plan Commission Public Hearing to order at 7:33 p.m. with the following members present; Andy Blomstrom, Lloyd Klahn, Dave Hagemann, Brian Duffin, and Sharon Christensen.
Absent: Paul Morrison.

Amendments to conservation subdivision reviewed:

1. Element 2 – Housing - Page 17, Objective 2.
2. Element 2 – Housing – Page 17, Policy 2a.
3. Element 5a – Ag. Resources – Page 30, Policy 1f.
4. Appendix H – Maps, Proposed Land Use Map.
5. Appendix I – Farmland Preservation Summary.

After much discussion, Klahn moved to approve all five amendments dated October 1. Blomstrom seconded this motion and motion passed. 6 – 0.

Next item of business was reading through our sub division general provisions.
Changes:

 

1)  Fees in lieu of land: change to shall be a minimum of $600.00 – Page 50

2)  Change to fee per dwelling unit may be adjusted annually . . . etc. – Page 50

h)  Change to “All property owned under single ownership.” – Page 7

f)  Cul-de-sac Definition “Roads closed at one end with turnarounds.” – Page 7

Page 17 - typo "or proposed."
Page 12 – y.4 – same as definition for cul-de-sac roads listed on page 7.

Moved by Hagemann to adopt changes to general provisions as listed above. Klahn seconded this motion – passed 6-0.

Moved by Klahn to adjourn, seconded by Hagemann. Meeting Adjourned.
