NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN for a PUBLIC HEARING to be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 6:30 p.m., before the Town of Oregon Plan Commission at the Oregon Town Hall, 1138 Union Road, Oregon, WI 53575.
1. Land Division and Rezone Request. Petition # 11147. Parcel # 0509-093-8001-0; 1207 S. Fish Hatchery Rd., Oregon, WI 53575. The request is to separate existing residence from farmland. No new building sites will be created. The 38 acres, zoned A-1 Ex will be divided and rezoned into Lot 1 with 16 acres, zoned A-2 with existing house and Lot 2 with 22 acres, zoned A-2. Owner and applicant is Paul Morrison, 1239 S. Fish Hatchery Rd., Oregon, WI 53575
