1.         Open Public Hearing:

a.                   Land Division and Rezone Request.  Petition # 11147.  Parcel # 0509-093-8001-0; 1207 S. Fish Hatchery Rd., Oregon, WI  53575.  The request is to separate existing residence from farmland.  No new building sites will be created.  The 38 acres, zoned A-1 Ex will be divided and rezoned into Lot 1 with 16 acres, zoned A-2 with existing house and Lot 2 with 22 acres, zoned A-2. Owner and applicant is Paul Morrison, 1239 S. Fish Hatchery Rd., Oregon, WI  53575.

b.                  Land Division and Rezone Request.  Petition # 11145.  Parcel # 0509-284-9300-0 and 0509-284-9340-0; the property is located north and east of 5664 Bellbrook Rd., Brooklyn, WI  53521.  The request is the reconfiguration of 2 lots on certified survey map #11401 on 61 acres.  This is a shifting of lot lines.  No new building sites will be created.  Lot 1 will be 42.76 acres, zoned A-1 Ex.  Lot 2 will be 11.0 acres, zoned RH-3, and Lot 3 will be 7.5 acres, zoned RH-2.  Owner is Blue Vista Farm LLC, 742 Foxfield Rd., Oregon, WI  53575.  Applicant is Eric Grover, 742 Foxfield Rd., Oregon, WI  53575.

3.         Call Plan Commission meeting to order.

4.         Roll Call.

5.         Discussion and possible Recommendation to the Town Board:

a.                   Land Division and Rezone Request.  Petition # 11147; Parcel # 0509-093-8001-0; 1207 S. Fish Hatchery Rd., Oregon, WI  53575.

b.                  Land Division and Rezone Request.  Petition # 11145; Parcel # 0509-284-9300-0 and 0509-284-9340-0; the property is located north and east of 5664 Bellbrook Rd., Brooklyn, WI  53521.

c.                   Land Division and Rezone Request.  Petition # 11099; Parcel # 0509-351-9500-5; North of 181 Union Road, Brooklyn, WI  53521.  Note: Petition revised by Dane County to include an adjacent non-conforming residential lot with existing residence.  The town has a 40-day review period.

6.         Approval of minutes from the last meeting.

7.         Public Comments.

8.         Discussion and possible Action re:  Review of the Town Comprehensive Plan.  

9.         Discussion and possible Action re: Intergovernmental Boundary Agreement with Village of Oregon.

10.     Communications.

11.     Adjournment.
