NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN for a PUBLIC HEARING to be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 6:30 p.m., before the Town of Oregon Plan Commission at the Oregon Town Hall, 1138 Union Road, Oregon, WI  53575.   

 

1.         Land Division and Rezone Request. Petition # DCPREZ-2016-11018; Parcel #0509-271-8220-3, 0509-271-8720-8; 0509-271-9000-7 & 0509-272-8030-2; North and West of 509 Glenway Road.  The request is to create two buildable parcel and rezone the parcels.  Lot 1 would be 16.3 acres and rezoned from A-1Ex to A-2.  Lot 2 would be 14.5 acres and rezoned from A-1Ex to A-2(8).  Petitioner is Chase O’Brien, 2594 Leopold Way #113, Sun Prairie, WI  53590.  The Owner is O’Brien Family Irrev Tr., 509 Glenway Road, Brooklyn, WI  53521.
