NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE HEREBY GIVENfor a PUBLIC HEARING to be held on Monday, November 21, 2011 at 6:30 p.m., before the Town of Oregon Plan Commission at the Oregon Town Hall, 1138 Union Road, Oregon, WI  53575.

  1. Land Division & Rezone Petition # DCPREZ-2011-10367; Parcel # 0509-074-8520-0/0509-072-9504-0/0509-072-9610-0.  The request is to make lot line adjustments and re-zone parcels.  Re-zone the following: 0509-074-8520 from 35.01(A-1EX) to 33.78(A-4), 0509-072-9504 from 17.02(A-1EX) to 15.54(A-1EX), 0509-074-8503 from 119.81(A-1EX & RH-1) to 119.80(A-1EX & RH-1) and 0509-072-9610 from 6.78(RH-1) to 9.50(RH-1).  The property is located off of Judd Road and Oak Hollow Drive in the Town of Oregon.  Petitioner is Paulson & Associates, 136 W. Holm St, DeForest, WI 53532.  Owners are Levine Family Partnership, 1501 S. Stoughton Rd., Madison, WI 53716 and Johnson Bank, 525 Junction Rd., Madison, WI  53717.
