NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN for a PUBLIC HEARING to be held on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 6:30 p.m., before the Town of Oregon Plan Commission at the Oregon Town Hall, 1138 Union Road, Oregon, WI  53575.



1.      Land Division & Rezone Petition # DCPREZ-2011-10378; Parcel # 0509-332-0303-5/0509-332-8340-4/0509-331-8720-5.  The request is to reconfigure existing CSM and rezone.  6 acres of land would be added to 286 Wildnerness Way, Parcel # 0509-322-0303-5 from adjoining farmland, Parcel #s 0509-332-8340-4 & 0509-331-8720-5.  The land would be rezoned to RH-3 from A-1 Ex.  The property is located off of Wildnerness Way.  Petitioner is Pat Runde, 18 Ethan Circle, Madison, WI  53719.  Owners are Douglas Kutz, 286 Wildnerness Way, Brooklyn, WI  53521 and Pat Runde, 18 Ethan Circle, Madison, WI  53719.
