1. Conditional Use Permit - construction of an overhead 69kV transmission line; Petition # 01-2008; Parcel #’s numerous. The request is to construct an overhead 69kV transmission line. The location of the proposed route is available for viewing at the Oregon Town Hall. Petitioner is American Transmission Company, 2 Fen Oak Court, Madison, WI 53718.
