NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE HEREBY GIVENfor a PUBLIC HEARING to be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 6:30 p.m., before the Town of Oregon Plan Commission at the Oregon Town Hall, 1138 Union Road, Oregon, WI  53575.

1.      Land Division and Rezone; Petition # DCPREZ-2013-10563; Parcel # 0509-224-9000-4.  The request is to separate existing residence from farm land.  The property is zoned A-1Ex (40.7 acres) and RH-1 (2.11 acres).  The request is to rezone 24.68 acres to A-4 and 16.18 acres to RH-4.  No building sites will be created.  The property is located at 589 Glenway Road, Brooklyn, WI  53521.  Petitioner and Owner is Bill Krajco, 589 Glenway Rd., Brooklyn, WI  53521.
