1. May minutes were approved
2. Committee reports:
   1. Maps: (Gary Wackett) will continue working on the final map.
   2. Training personnel in the use of radios: (Gary Wackett) tabled until a later date.
   3. Back up generator: (Supervisor Phil VanKampen) will contact the town board regarding the back up generator. The use of this type of generator is basic to the operation of the town, and should be considered under the town budget rather then the NIMS budget.
   4. Train personnel in damage assessment: (Bob Johnson) John McLellan (Dane County) June 29, 2010 7:30 PM has been set for the damage assessment training. Letters inviting prospective participants to attend and be trained to assist in damage assessment for the town have been sent.
   5. ID tags (Bob Johnson) sample ID tags were presented and approved. Photos were taken of committee members to be used for making ID tags. Lanyards and plastic sleeves to hold the ID tags will be ordered.
   6. John Beranak reported on the status of emergency first aid kits for committee members. A tentative cost of the kits will be presented at the July meeting. Motion made & approved to make John Beranak a voting member of the Town of Oregon Emergency Management Committee.
3. The process of reviewing and updating the Town of Oregon Emergency Management Plan was tabled until the July meeting.
4. Comments/communication:
   1. Tim Le Bruen has volunteered to assist the committee.
   2. The wristbands the committee agreed to order were presented by Bob Johnson. Bob will complete the process for the system of identifying emergency workers by function and area.
