Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM by Gary Wackett
Chairman Mark O'Brien arrived late
 

1. Gary Wackett moved/Bob Johnson seconded that the July minutes be approved.
2. Committee reports:
   1. Maps: Discussion was held regarding preparing 5-10 map booklets of the town with approximately 20 pages of 8x11 sheets. Gary Wackett will continue working on this project.
   2. ID tags (Bob Johnson) Bob will be responsible for making ID tags for all office staff, supervisors and road patrol.
   3. Medical kits – John Beranak will continue to work on the preparation of emergency first aid kits for committee members.
3. . Deputy clerk, Jennifer Hanson, will be typing the updated the Town Emergency Management Plan. A discussion was held regarding having her attend the September meeting. This would facilitate note taking for any changes to the emergency plan. Bob Johnson will contact Jennifer and ask her to attend the September meeting. The committee started reviewing the Town of Oregon Emergency Plan for changes and updates.
4. Comments/communication:

    

   As there is an election on September 14, the Emergency Management Committee meeting will be held on the third Tues. September 21st at 7:00 PM.
   
   Tim LeBrun has expressed an interested in participating on the committee. Bob Johnson will contact Tim and invite him to the next meeting
