Building Permits
The Town of Oregon has hired SAFEbuilt to process all building permits.
Please contact SAFEbuilt by phone (608) 688-0997 or email madisoninspections@safebuilt.com if you have questions or need an inspection. The assigned building inspector is Tony Fockler at (608() 576-1434 or tfockler@safebuilt.com.
Building permit applications are available here or you can pick up an application at the Oregon Town Hall, 1138 Union Rd., Oregon, WI 53575. Completed permits can be dropped off at the town hall. A representative from SAFEbuilt will contact you when your permit is available for pickup. A permit number is required before any inspections will be scheduled.
New Home Construction
New home construction must also complete the state building permit application available here.
